• Editing Process: We will endeavor to provide high-quality editing services based on your specified requirements and the chosen service level. While we strive for accuracy and improvement, we do not guarantee perfection or that Your Content will be free of all errors after our service.

• No Plagiarism/Illegal Content: You agree not to submit any content that is plagiarized, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights). We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

• Confidentiality: We commit to treating Your Content with strict confidentiality, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy. Our editors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

• Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for services not yet rendered. No refunds will be issued once editing has commenced. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to complete your order.
