Editing and creative support are time‑based, deeply personalized services.
Definitions & Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services, digital products, and offerings provided through orionslegacyediting.com.

“Services” include editing, coaching, consultations, and any custom creative support.

“Digital products” include downloadable guides, templates, decks, or other instant‑access materials.

“Work begun” refers to any time spent reviewing, preparing, or editing client materials.
Service Refunds
Once work has begun, refunds are not available. This protects the time, labor, and emotional presence invested in your project.
If you cancel before work starts, a refund may be issued minus any non‑refundable deposit.
Deposits & Non‑Refundable Fees
Some services require a deposit to secure your place in the schedule.
Deposits:

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final due to instant access. No refunds, exchanges, or credit transfers are available for downloadable items.
Rescheduling
If you need to shift your timeline, I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.
To protect both your schedule and mine:

rescheduling is subject to availability

repeated rescheduling may require a new booking or fee

long delays may require re‑scoping the project
Satisfaction & Revisions
If you are unhappy with any part of the delivered work:

I will clarify, adjust, or revise within the scope of the original agreement

subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund

requests that introduce new content or expand the project may require additional fees
Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund (when eligible):

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Orion’s Legacy Editing violates these terms.
I will work with you to resolve concerns, but fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

Force Majeure
If unexpected events occur, illness, emergencies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, timelines may shift.
In such cases:
